 Nathan John Feuerstein is an American rapper. He has released two EPs with Capitol CMG, "I'm Free" (2012) and"[3] and one self-titled EP in 2014. Mansion, his first major-label album, debuted in March of 2015. His second studio album, Therapy Session (April 22, 2016) was a top-selling album at 12 for the US Billboard 200. His albums have received numerous accolades, including: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF gained mainstream recognition through Perception in the year 2017. The album charted on the charts in the United States at number one and was certified Platinum. "Let You Fall" was ranked at number 12 on the. Billboard Hot 100 topped the international charts and was a top 10 charting hit. His follow-up, The Search (2019) was a commercial hit. Feuerstein said that rap was a means of escape for his family in his early years. He would record songs on his Karaoke machine. His raps were recorded with one microphone. Feuerstein self-released his debut studio album Moments on November 29, 2010, under his real name. He released his first single, "Alone", on August 2nd, 2011. Brooke Griffith was the songwriter and the producer of the track. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and was fascinated by his music. He published his debut extended play I'm Free on May 2 2012, and Profitt provided the production. The album's tracklist included nine tracks that included "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" which featured Sean Simmonds. Xist announced the release of their self-titled extended play, NF, but Feuerstein parted ways with the label following a dispute and the release of NF was put off. NF included a song called "Only One" featuring Shuree Williams in its compilation album Move Vol 1. On November 4 2013 he dropped the single "Beautiful Addiction". Profitt was also a guest on the track. The track included vocals by Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
